Register For The Holiday Boat Parade | Registration Deadline Is December 7 At 11:59pm

Before Registering, Please Note – There will be a mandatory captain’s meeting held on Tuesday, December 8 at 5:30pm. This meeting will take place upstairs at Marina Jack and will be where captains receive parade instructions, boat numbers for judging, and a thank you bag.

Registration for the parade is free. Prizes include gift certificates and awards.

In order to be eligible to register for the parade, your vessels must have a motor and follow all state laws enforced by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. It is the captains responsibility to ensure that all laws and proper safety protocols are met.

I have also read, understand and agree to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined with this application and further understand that safe navigation to and from the parade is my responsibility. I understand that I must agree to all US Coast Guard safety standers. I herby certify that there exists hull liability, property damage and personal injury insurance for the parade. ( a rider to your current policy may be necessary). I understand that the captain of my vessel is required to attend the scheduled Captain's Orientation Meeting. I hereby agree to hold fully harmless and indemnify the Parade Sponsors, Local, State and Federal Government agencies, their employees, agents and guests from any personal injury or property damage which I, my vessel or my passengers may cause in any way or which may be occasions to me or those on my vessel as a result of my participation in the Annual Sarasota Holiday Boat Parade of Lights.
