On August 20, 2025 the iHeart Radio Station Z105 held a celebration in honor of National Radio Day at Food + Beer in downtown Sarasota’s Rosemary District. This event featured a live radio broadcast, concert ticket giveaways, t-shirt giveaways and a silent auction to benefit Suncoast Charities for Children. Special thanks to Achieva Credit Union for generously donating $1,000.00, combined with donations and proceeds from the silent auction, helping to raise over $1,600.00 for local children, teens, and adults with special needs! We would also like to give a special thank you to the iHeart Radio team for their continued support of Suncoast Charities for Children and Craig Rich, the general manager of Food + Beer Rosemary District for allowing us to use their space for this celebration.
